Verifying your information
When creating a fundraiser on Aidinmotion, you’ll need to verify your personal or business information to ensure donations can be accepted and funds can be paid out successfully.
If your details aren’t verified, your payouts and/or ability to receive donations may be temporarily paused. To avoid delays, we recommend completing verification as early as possible. If we’re unable to verify your information automatically, you may be asked to provide additional documentation, such as:

A government-issued photo ID

A selfie

Proof of address (for example, a utility bill)
Individual verification requirements
To verify an individual account, you may need to provide:

Full legal name

Date of birth

Physical address

Email address
-
Phone number
-
Job title

Bank account information
If we’re unable to confirm your identity using the information provided, you may be asked to complete a liveness check. This involves uploading a selfie along with a photo of your ID to our payment partner for review.
If you prefer not to upload a selfie with your ID, you can instead submit a proof of address document.
Organization verification requirements
For organization accounts, the following information may be required:

Legal organization name

Organization address

Organization phone number

Organization tax identification number

Organization bank account details

Director information (name and email address)

Owner information (name, date of birth, and email address)

Owners are defined as individuals who hold 25% or more ownership of the organization.

If you’re the authorized representative creating the fundraiser, you’ll also need to provide your own details, including:

Full name

Physical address

Email address

Phone number

Job title
If Aidinmotion can’t verify your identity—or the identity of any director or owner—you or the individual involved may be asked to complete a liveness check by submitting a selfie along with a photo of their ID to our payment partner.
As with individual accounts, if a selfie isn’t preferred, a proof of address document may be provided instead.
