I’m excited to share that I’m opening a bakery!

For the past five years, I’ve been nurturing my dream with Elysium Treats. It all started during the early days of the pandemic when my garden began to flourish, and I felt compelled to share its bounty with my neighbors and friends. I would deliver weekly boxes filled with homemade goodies inspired by what was in bloom — a heartfelt labor of love. Since then, Elysium Treats has blossomed into a thriving catering and baking business. I’ve designed vibrant tablescapes and delightful bites for brands I adore, created wedding cakes that have served hundreds, and baked over 40,000 cookies — all from my small apartment.
