At Aidinmotion, we are committed to fostering a trustworthy environment for fundraisers and donors alike. Although fraudulent activities are uncommon, we take any concerns seriously. If you suspect that a fundraiser is misleading donors, we encourage you to report it to our team for investigation.
How to Report a Fundraiser
If you believe that a fundraiser requires our attention, please submit a report. For donors, our Trust & Safety team will examine your refund request carefully. When a fundraiser is reported, rest assured that we will keep your identity confidential, only sharing it if legally required or if there is a risk to the safety of any user.
Important Guidelines
Please note that only fundraisers that violate our Terms of Service or show clear evidence of misuse of funds will be removed from the platform. Personal disagreements, such as custody issues or disputes that do not breach our Terms of Service, will not be subject to removal.
