This is Bella.

Right now, she’s lying quietly in a crate, her leg wrapped in bandages, her body tired and her eyes heavy. Just days ago, Bella was doing what dogs do best — being gentle, trusting, and full of quiet love. Then everything changed.

A sudden medical emergency left Bella in pain and in need of immediate veterinary care. She was rushed in for treatment, and while she’s stable, her journey is far from over. Every day now is about healing — medications, wound care, monitoring, and making sure complications don’t take her recovery away from her.

Bella doesn’t understand why this happened. She only knows that she hurts, and that she’s depending on the people around her to keep going. Even in discomfort, she remains calm and trusting, resting her head and waiting patiently.

The hardest part is the cost. Vet bills, medications, follow-up visits, and recovery supplies are adding up quickly, and we can’t do this alone. We’re doing everything we can to give Bella the care she deserves, but we need help.
