No fee to create a fundraiser
Starting and managing a fundraiser on Aidinmotion is always free. To cover payment processing, a small transaction fee is applied to each donation. For country-specific fee details, visit our pricing page, where you can view sample fees based on different fundraising amounts.
When donors make a one-time contribution, they may choose to add an optional contribution to help keep Aidinmotion free for organizers. If donors opt for recurring donations, a 5% fee is applied to each recurring contribution to support this feature for our community.
Transaction fees are automatically deducted from donations. The person receiving the funds gets the total amount raised minus these fees. A detailed breakdown of deducted fees can be found in the “Transfers” section of the recipient’s Aidinmotion account.
Fee example:
If a donor gives $50 to a U.S.-based fundraiser, the recipient would receive $47.00 after transaction fees (4% + $1) are deducted. You can use the fee calculator on our pricing page to see examples for other countries.
What is a transaction fee?
The transaction fee helps cover credit, debit, and bank transfer processing costs, ensures donations are delivered securely, and supports multiple ways to give—including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (for most fundraisers). This is the only fee deducted on Aidinmotion to support all fundraising features.
Optional donor contributions
Donors can choose to leave a voluntary contribution to Aidinmotion. These contributions help us expand our impact and maintain a secure, trusted platform for everyone.
Contributing is entirely optional, and donors can adjust the amount—including setting it to zero. Fundraiser organizers will not know whether a donor has chosen to contribute to Aidinmotion. If a contribution was added by mistake, donors can request a refund.
