My mom’s journey has been filled with both hope and challenges. She was first diagnosed with cancer in 2018, and after a difficult fight, she went into remission in 2019. Sadly, at the start of 2025, her cancer returned. This time, after exhausting all radiation options, the available treatments either weren’t effective or left her too ill to enjoy life fully. After much contemplation, she has decided to stop all treatment and focus on cherishing the time she has left. Her doctors estimate she has 9-18 months, and our family is determined to make every moment meaningful.

When I asked my mom about her biggest wish, she shared a simple yet profound dream: to see a beautiful beach surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and her sister. We want to make this dream a reality, but with my brother and I raising our own families, affording the trip has proven challenging. That’s why we’re reaching out for help—to fulfill her final wish and create lasting memories together.

The funds we raise will go toward renting a vehicle for the whole family to travel together, securing accommodations where we can stay, and planning activities that my mom would enjoy, whether it’s dining out or sightseeing. We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and while only He knows how much time she has left, we want to seize this opportunity to fulfill her dream.
