Look into those soulful eyes—meet Luna, the gentle black and tan mixed-breed girl whose hopeful gaze has touched everyone at the shelter. Despite her tough start, Luna’s heart is full of love, and she’s waiting for the chance to share it.

Luna was found wandering the cold streets, scared and alone, with matted fur and signs of long-term neglect. She had a painful ear infection that went untreated for too long, causing discomfort and hearing issues in one ear. When rescuers approached, she didn’t run—she just looked up with those big, pleading eyes, as if asking for someone to finally care.

With daily care and affection, Luna has blossomed. She’s affectionate, playful with toys, and loves nothing more than snuggling up to her human friends. She’s house-trained, great with gentle handling, and dreams of a warm home where she can curl up safely forever.

But Luna still needs medical help to be fully healthy. Her ear infection requires specialist treatment, including deep cleaning under sedation, antibiotics, and possible minor surgery to prevent permanent damage. The estimated costs total $2,800:
