My name is Ethan Parker, and I’m a high school student based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I aspire to become a theatre teacher and am eager to gain experience in producing a show. This summer, I would love to stage the musical “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” My co-director and fellow student, Ryan Martinez, shares this vision and is my equal partner in this endeavor. Together, we aim to create a valuable learning experience not just for us, but for other students in our community.

We are inviting four additional schools to join us for auditions, allowing us to meet new talent and ensure an unbiased audition process.

We hope to perform at the Historic Tivoli Theatre in early August, and we have a wonderful team of volunteers ready to handle tech, direct music, and play in our pit band.

To make this production a reality, we need around $2,100 for the entire show. This includes approximately $1,400 for the performance rights and about $700 for production expenses. We would greatly appreciate any support you can provide to help make this show the best it can be
