My name is Eli Sanders, and I am a 18-year-old from Anchorage, Alaska. I attend Dimond High School and am dedicated to excelling both in my studies and on the slopes. Cross-country skiing has been a significant part of my life since I joined the Alaska Junior Nordic Skiing Program as a child.

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve qualified for the U18 Nations Cup in Norway and Sweden! It’s a dream come true to have the opportunity to represent not just the United States and Alaska, but also the Kenai Peninsula. This trip has been a long-term goal of mine, and it’s a culmination of countless hours of training and preparation. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive ski community, and I appreciate the commitment of our community in encouraging youth participation in this incredible sport. A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers, spectators, and coaches who help make our community so special.
