Changing or deleting the bank account used for transfers

You can update the bank account linked to an active fundraiser on Aidinmotion at any time. Bank details can be changed by verifying through your bank provider or by entering the information manually. If you remove the only bank account on file, payouts will be temporarily paused until another bank account is verified.


To edit bank details by entering them manually:

  1. Open the fundraiser and go to “Transfers”

  2. Click “Edit” next to the bank account on file and continue to the secure portal

  3. Under “Bank account details,” delete the existing account

  4. Select “Add”, then choose “Upload a bank statement” and click “Next”

  5. Enter your bank account information and continue

  6. Select the type of bank document you’re uploading and attach the file

  7. Review the details and submit

Note: If you enter bank details manually, a bank statement is required. If verification fails, you’ll be notified by our payment partner.

To enter bank details manually:

  1. Open “Transfers” for the fundraiser

  2. Select “Edit” next to the bank account

  3. Choose “Add your bank details manually instead”

  4. Carefully enter your account and routing number or IBAN

  5. Review and confirm your information, then submit

If all details are correct, you’ll be redirected back to your Aidinmotion account and transfers will continue as scheduled.
