Changing bank transfer frequency

Once bank transfers are fully verified on Aidinmotion, payouts will begin automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule and cannot be paused. This is required by regulations that limit how long our payment partners can hold funds. We also aim to deliver payouts quickly and reliably, which means you may receive more than one bank transfer in a single day, depending on the payment processor.

How to change your transfer frequency

  1. Log in to your Aidinmotion account and select “Your fundraisers” from the top-right menu

  2. Choose the fundraiser you’d like to update

  3. Click the “Transfers” tab in the left-hand menu of your dashboard

  4. Select the button next to “Payout” (this shows your current transfer schedule)

  5. Choose your preferred frequency and save your changes

Weekly transfers are initiated on Mondays, while monthly transfers begin on the first day of each month. After a transfer is sent, it typically takes 2–5 business days to reach the bank account on file.

Your first payout will always be initiated the day after your bank details are successfully verified and should arrive within 2–5 business days. All future transfers will then follow the schedule you selected, as funds are received and approved.
