What does a transaction fee mean?
Safe and secure fundraising is our highest priority. That’s why Aidinmotion works with trusted, industry-leading payment providers—such as PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, and Visa—to securely process and deliver donations.
A small transaction fee is automatically taken from each contribution. This fee covers payment processing costs, the secure transfer of funds, and supports multiple donation options, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This is the only fee deducted for organizers using Aidinmotion, helping power everything you need to run a successful fundraiser.
Supporting Aidinmotion is entirely optional for donors
Making support accessible to everyone matters to us—that’s why Aidinmotion doesn’t charge a fee to launch a fundraiser. Instead, we rely on optional donor contributions, which are always appreciated but never required. These contributions help us provide reliable fundraising tools, responsive customer support, and a global team of Trust & Safety experts to keep our platform secure.
Are there any fees for donors who set up recurring donations on Aidinmotion?
If donors opt to give on a recurring basis, a 5% recurring fee is applied to each donation to help support and maintain this feature for the Aidinmotion community.
