Aidinmotion Giving Guarantee Policy
1. Introduction & Purpose
Aidinmotion is dedicated to maintaining the trust of everyone who uses the Aidinmotion . Under the terms below, this Aidinmotion Giving Guarantee Policy (“Policy”) offers protection for:
-
Donors, by helping ensure their contributions are used as described or delivered to the intended charity or organization, and
-
Beneficiaries, by ensuring they receive the funds raised on their behalf. A “Beneficiary” refers to the specific person or organization identified by the fundraiser organizer (“Organizer”) to receive funds.
This Policy applies to all donations or Beneficiary designations made on or after the Effective Date. Claims under the Aidinmotion Giving Guarantee may be submitted through the “Submit a claim” buttons provided.
2. Protection for Donors
Donations to Individuals.
When you donate to a fundraiser for an individual on Aidinmotion.com, your contribution is protected from misuse or failure to reach the named Beneficiary. If you believe the funds were misused and file a claim under this Policy, Aidinmotion will review the situation. If Aidinmotion determines—at its sole discretion—that misuse occurred, you may be eligible for a refund of your donation.
Donations to Charities.
If you donate to a charitable organization, we guarantee the funds will be delivered to that charity. If the charity cannot or will not accept the donation (for example, due to loss of status, banking barriers, or sanctions), we will notify you. Our payment partners may redirect the donation to another suitable charity or issue a refund, depending on applicable policies and legal obligations.
3. Protection for Beneficiaries
If you are the sole intended recipient of a fundraiser—whether an individual, nonprofit, or other organization—Aidinmotion will ensure you receive the funds assigned to you. If you are a charitable organization and cannot or will not accept the funds (due to issues like loss of registration, sanctions, or banking limitations), Aidinmotion or its payment partners may redirect the donation to a similar charity or refund donors when required by policy or law.
Depending on the nature of a claim, Aidinmotion may decide—entirely at its own discretion—whether the donor guarantee or the beneficiary guarantee is more appropriate.
4. Exclusions
This Policy does not apply in the following situations:
-
Donor claims filed more than one (1) year after the donation date,
-
Beneficiary claims submitted more than one (1) year after being identified as the Beneficiary,
-
Donations made outside the Platform,
-
Funds legally required to be paid to someone other than the Beneficiary (such as by court order or garnishment) or redirected with the Beneficiary’s written consent,
-
Donations you made to your own fundraiser,
-
Requests for refunds after initiating a chargeback,
-
Claims from residents of countries where Aidinmotion cannot send funds (see current list of supported countries),
-
Claims Aidinmotion determines—at its sole discretion—to be frivolous, duplicative, or excessive (e.g., more than three filings per month),
-
Situations where Aidinmotion determines that you violated the Aidinmotion Terms of Service.
5. Submitting a Claim
To file a claim under this Policy, you must:
-
Not have contributed to the misuse or failure to deliver funds,
-
As a donor, still have access to the original payment method used and be authorized to receive a refund to that method,
-
As a Beneficiary, not have already received all funds owed (minus refunds, chargebacks, offline donations, and fees),
-
As a Beneficiary, have taken reasonable steps to resolve the issue with the Organizer (such as requesting documentation of fund use),
-
As a Beneficiary, have filed a police report regarding the suspected misuse.
If you meet these criteria, you may file a claim using the “Submit a claim” buttons. Donors should note that if a refund is granted, the Organizer will be notified and your name will be shared as the refunded donor.
6. Claim Review & Investigation
By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that Aidinmotion will investigate and determine—at its sole discretion—whether the claim is valid and what remedy applies (including refunding a donor instead of paying a Beneficiary). All decisions are final.
You agree to fully cooperate with any investigation by Aidinmotion or law enforcement. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of your claim.
You must inform Aidinmotion if you receive any communication or funds from the Organizer or Beneficiary (if you are the donor). If you are a Beneficiary and receive compensation from another source (such as a court ruling), you agree to return any amount Aidinmotion provided to you under this Policy, up to the amount you received from Aidinmotion.
7. Not Insurance or Warranty
This Policy is not insurance, an insurance offering, or a replacement for any insurance coverage available to you. No premium has been paid for this Policy, and the benefits are not transferable or assignable. This Policy is also not a guarantee against fraud or other improper use of the Platform.
8. Changes & Termination
Aidinmotion may modify or end this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. If changes are made, they will be posted on the Aidinmotion website or otherwise communicated to you. Any updates will not affect claims submitted before the new effective date.
9. No Waiver
Aidinmotion’s decision to issue a refund under this Policy does not waive its right to refuse refunds or benefits in future cases, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
10. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Policy does not replace or limit the Aidinmotion Terms of Service. If any conflict arises, the applicable Terms of Service take precedence.
11. Questions
If you have questions regarding this Policy, please contact us at aidiwfny@aidinmotion.com.
