Right now, I’m in a challenging situation due to an overdue balance on my account that’s preventing me from registering for classes starting in less than a week. I was hit with unexpected late fees after checking my balance, which needs to be below $5,000 for me to register—and mine currently isn’t. The accounts office never informed me about these fees, and I’m hoping for any support you can offer, whether it’s a share of my story or a donation to help me lower that balance.
