See your impact with unique share links

Aidinmotion’s unique share links empower supporters to use their voice for good and celebrate the difference their communities make. When you’re logged in and share your personal link, any donations made through it will be tracked and shown in your impact dashboard.

What is a unique share link?

A unique share link is your personal Aidinmotion link that tracks the donations your network generates in support of fundraisers. When someone donates using your link, that contribution is recorded in your impact dashboard.

Supporters and donors will receive an email notification when a donation is made through their link. Fundraiser organizers and beneficiaries won’t receive an email, but they can view donations attributed to their unique share links directly in their impact dashboard.

How to create a unique share link

You can generate a unique share link using a web browser (this feature isn’t currently available in the Aidinmotion app):

  • After donating: Once you complete a donation, you’ll be prompted to share the fundraiser. The link provided will be your unique share link.

  • From a fundraiser page: Log in to your Aidinmotion account and visit the fundraiser. While signed in, any sharing option you use will automatically create your unique link.

With unique share links, you can see not only what you donated, but also how many additional donations your sharing helped inspire.

Accessing your impact dashboard

Your impact dashboard is part of your Aidinmotion account. If you don’t yet have an account, simply create one using the same email address you used to donate.

Once someone donates through your unique link for the first time, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in and view your growing impact.

To access your impact dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Aidinmotion account

  2. Open the top-right menu and select “Your impact”

  3. The first time you visit, you’ll be asked to verify your email address

What you can see in your impact dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • Your total impact across all fundraisers you’ve supported

  • A breakdown of your impact on individual fundraisers

  • The names and donation amounts of people you inspired to give

Supporters who choose to donate anonymously will appear as “Anonymous” in your dashboard.

You can also generate additional unique share links to continue sharing fundraisers with your communities. Please note that impact tracking is available for unique shares starting from April 2024 onward.

Viewing and editing your donations

You can review and update your donations from your impact dashboard within 14 days of donating.

To do this:

  1. Open the top-right menu and select “Your impact”

  2. Scroll to “Fundraisers you support” and choose the “Your donations” tab

  3. Browse your donations or select one to make changes

From here, you can:

  • Edit your displayed name

  • Add or update messages of support

  • Change your donation to appear as Anonymous

  • Unsubscribe from fundraiser update emails

Unsubscribing from impact emails

You’re always in control of your communications. If you’d prefer not to receive impact emails, simply scroll to the bottom of any impact email and click “Unsubscribe.”
